Our Lucio Libero Baby Moisturising Conditioner has undergone comprehensive independent testing and safety assessment in accordance with UK and EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

It has been carefully evaluated for regular use on newborn babies, children, and adults, including those with sensitive skin.
